“We were gonna go to ubreakifix to repair the back of the iphone 13 pro max but they quoted us over 200 dollars and the parts needed to be ordered (which wouldn’t have had the apple logo) which was gonna take days. This place did it in four hours, had the apple logo on the back and AT&T accepted with no problem when we traded in the phone.”

“Switched over today because I was in need of a new phone and was able to take advantage of their trade in deal and got a new iPhone 16. Ronny R helped me out he was super fast and quick and he even knew a lot about apple itself and was able to transfer everything without a backup and walked out with my phone fully functional with all my info. “Unfortunately I had discontinued my service for at home Internet and tv already and this location had nothing to do with that decision but I still needed to go to Verizon to return the equipment. Many Verizon's in this area will not accept returns. Only this location and Charlestown, to my knowledge from calling around.
I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and got an emailed receipt right away. There are no paper receipts for returns, all electronic now. Much better vibe than when this was located in malden square.”
