"I loved my stay here; it was absolutely wonderful. There wasn't a single terrible neighbor in the building, and to say that Nika was on top of everything I ever asked for is an understatement."

In the urban mission zone, I allied with operative Ms. Sahara, specializing in covert real estate allocations. Amidst 'leasing office' camouflage, Sahara decoded complex market intel, maneuvering through negotiations with diplomatic stealth. Using civilian ciphers, they clarified cryptic terms, ensuring seamless, discreet communication. The pivotal moment—exchanging contract-documents and keys—mirrored spy-thriller precision. Ms. Sahara isn’t just a consultant but a strategist, masterfully securing residential strongholds. Highly recommended for operatives needing sanctuary in hostile territories.

I enjoyed my time here for a year for school, application process was smooth, no complaints on the apartment quality and overall cleanses of the building, I didn’t get a parking spot, but was able to arrange myself a spot in the garage across the street.Only thing is: If you don’t mind paying nearly $3k a month for a bit over 700 square foot of a 1b1b apartment, you should def consider this apartment building. This price’s just not it for me. I loved the gym, great room and roof deck, it would’ve been awesome if there was more to offer when it comes to amenity.

I really enjoyed living here (39 Florence) for the past four years. First, the staff here are amazing - Nika, Bruce, and the cleaning staff are always so friendly and helpful! I could stop by the building manager Nika’s office when she is there and talk to her. She really takes the time to listen to me and respond to my questions/needs. Nika also quickly responds to emails. The maintenance manager Bruce is so professional and efficient. While I did not have much maintenance requests, whenever I had any request, Bruce always got them done within 24 hours. He always explains (or leaves a note if I was not there) the problem and how he solved it. The cleaning staff is there everyday, including weekends, to help make our community clean. I enjoyed my new and clean studio, its big walk-in closet and in unit laundry, the gym, the rooftop, and the big mail room (I never lost a package for the past four years). Last but not the least, we have community events every month, and there are pets, ice creams, friends, and more. It is sad that I have to move out because of schooling at another state, but I highly recommend this place to everyone!

My husband and I really really enjoyed living here for the past three years and now we have to temporarily move to another state. I could say RAMS is definitely a secret gem — it has the best living quality with relatively lower pricing compared to neighboring apartment buildings. The building manager Nika and maintenance Bruce are the best, they are always friendly, helpful and quickly respond to every question or needs you might have. They’ll come up with occasional community events where you might get free food or ice cream :) I’ve never lost a single package or food delivery all these years, the hallway areas were cleaned everyday, and there were very few maintenance request needed. During the pandemic, I’ve had so many joy looking out my bedroom window — I have frequent visitors of squirrels, birds, mourning doves, rabbits, and occasional hawks. It’s so hard to say goodbye to this place. 100% recommend to everyone.

We love this place. This is the ideal apartment that you can possibly ask for. There is no noisy neighbor; Florence St is quite; and it’s only 3-min walk to the T. The apartment is new and clean. Our unit is huge:) The leasing manager Nika is kind and professional. The maintainance manager Bruse is friendly and reliable. Even the cleaning staff is nice. We love this place. We’ve been living here for 4 years without a single complaint. Wish we could live here forever but have to move because of work :(And we got all our deposit back.Attaching picture from the last day. Miss you already????

I’m so excited to live at RaMS. Despite the overpriced rental market, I still managed to find a beautiful apartment steps away from the T-line with decent amenities and above all the quietness of this building is surreal. Away from the city but also a quick short ride. Nika has been super helpful and didn’t have to explain too much Of what I like and need and she found me the right apartment. So grateful! Now I’m counting the days for my move-in day! ????????

If I could give 0 stars I would, please take my advice and don't move here. They do not care about their residents and for the price, you can get an apartment with much better amenities in Malden. On top of that, be prepared for SHOCKING yearly increases on your rent. I moved here in 2020, and in 2021 my rent went up $200/month. Ok I can live with that. In 2022, my rent increased by $800 PER MONTH! The apartment has low end fixtures including linoleum flooring. No pet waste stations around the building as advertised. Only the Florence street location has a grill, but it is ALWAYS out of propane. The management is rude and unprofessional, constantly contradicting one another. One person would tell me one thing and then the other would be in my email chastising me. The toilet was always breaking as well as the garbage disposal. They call these luxury apartments but with wall to wall carpet and linoleum I don't think so. Parking rates are high for Malden, too. Oh and the elevator was ALWAYS breaking down. The fire department had to rescue me and my roommate over 3 times. Stay away.

There is a homeless person that sleeps in the common room every day and the management does not do anything about it. I have sent them emails before just to see it again today. Other than that the apartments are great, but would you want to live somewhere where people can just barge in and come to your place?

I have spent almost 4 years at this apartment (39 Florence) and this is definitely a place I would recommend! The neighborhood is great, with 2mins walk to orange line station (close but without being bothered by the noise), quite a few dining/delivery options, as well as various grocery stores, bakeries and coffeehouses. It's definitely a convenient place to live. The part that I like the most about this apartment is the utility cost. I personally like a high indoor temperature in the winter. This apartment is so efficiently designed that I can enjoy the cozy temp without worrying about the bill at all. Parking fee is also fairly reasonable compared to other apartments in the neighborhood. The management team here is the most responsible I have met so far - Nika has always been there for any question/help we need! Maintenance requests are also well handled.Definitely worth checking out if considering living arrangement in Malden!

I lived at Residences at Malden Station for two years. I chose this apartment because I liked its calm and relaxing decor, and it was just as I had imagined it would be, very comfortable and relaxing. The leasing manager and maintenance team were great and always helpful when I had a problem. I was very impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responded. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend, but there are events held for the apartment community and newsletters to enjoy. I am sorry to think that I won't be able to read the newsletters anymore.

Where do I begin?! My husband and I moved here from the UK recently. Thanks to Nika and Evan we had an incredibly smooth, tension free experience moving into our new apartment at Residence at Malden Station. While we were in the UK, they responded to our emails promptly, answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything ready to move in. Evan even helped move in all of our cargo boxes before we arrived!! And to top it off we were welcomed into our new apartment with a package full of helpful information about the apartment and the area itself, a heart warming welcome card, some drinks and snacks! I have lived in many apartments across the greater Boston area (Medford, in the city itself), but I have never had this type of an incredibly positive experience. Nika and Evan are both super friendly and always available when you need them, whether that is in the leasing office itself or via phone/email. Not to mention Bruce from maintenance is lovely too and extremely prompt!Other than the amazing leasing managers, Malden itself is a wonderful location to live in with many options for food, groceries and you are right next to the station! The apartment building also provides wonderful amenities. If you're thinking of moving here, you should definitely go for it!! We aren't planning to move out anytime soon! :)
