Many are individuals retired from skilled positions and able to give one tips and knowledgeable insight.The products provided are of the best value and quality. Returns have never been an issue.If an item is not present, staff will find a location where one can get it the same day.We will definitely return.”

He even went above and beyond to help resolve a minor issue, which I really appreciated.

RBS’s pricing was also about $400 less than Lowe’s and Home Depot for the same materials. But what really stood out was the customer service. Matt knows his stuff and provided truly personalized, knowledgeable assistance—something I unfortunately didn’t get from the “Pro” desks at the other stores, where employees couldn’t answer some of my most basic questions.

“Had no issues. Great place to deliver as far as I’m concerned. Easy in and out with plenty room to maneuver. I had to back up to one of those portable docks / ramps with a dry van. But, there is more than enough room to get yourself lined up with it. The unloader guides you back anyway so it’s not bad. Unloading I think was good as well. I think a little over an hour with one person Unloading a 53 foot trailer full of insulation bales is more than acceptable. The bottom line is I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.”
