“Most of the times this Tommy store has a huge inventory but few weeks ago people were raiding, couldn’t find some sizes but other than that no problems at all. Helpful and patient staff also they are like models ? sometimes i hate buying stuff to myself they should be wearing the good old Tommy mercs ahah. Nice store hopefully will come back again.”

One of the items I ordered was involved in a mix up, but rather than simply apologizing and leaving it at that, Lysh went above and beyond to find a solution. They contacted other locations to determine whether the item was available and took the time to verify my information to ensure I would be able to receive it. Throughout the entire process, Lysh remained professional, positive, and genuinely invested in helping me. Their kindness, energy, and commitment to providing excellent customer service made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly positive. “This H&M actually has a surprisingly good sales section, probably because the mall itself is so quiet and doesn’t get much traffic anymore.
The staff member working when my brother and I visited was very helpful and helped us find a few pairs of pants quickly. The store was clean, quiet, and relaxing compared to crowded malls.
If you hate packed stores and long lines, this is probably one of the best H&Ms to shop at because the mall is practically empty most of the time.”
“I went into the store on 4/23 in the morning and it seemed that only one employee was working. She was folding clothes, helping customers with dressing rooms, and ringing up items. She never showed any sign of stress and smiled through it and was calm and cool given the obvious circumstance of being left alone to do all the tasks. She is a great employee who should be recognized. I only wish I was able to get her name but I’m sure the store knows who it was working at that time. I'm a newer mom having trouble with the fact that my jean does went u so much, and they ran around getting me different sizes and hyping me up and then whn I almost cried and got discouraged they congratulated me on being a mom and honestly it brings tears to my eyes they were so kind.”
