“Most of the times this Tommy store has a huge inventory but few weeks ago people were raiding, couldn’t find some sizes but other than that no problems at all. Helpful and patient staff also they are like models ? sometimes i hate buying stuff to myself they should be wearing the good old Tommy mercs ahah. Nice store hopefully will come back again.”

“I went into the store on 4/23 in the morning and it seemed that only one employee was working. She was folding clothes, helping customers with dressing rooms, and ringing up items. She never showed any sign of stress and smiled through it and was calm and cool given the obvious circumstance of being left alone to do all the tasks. She is a great employee who should be recognized. I only wish I was able to get her name but I’m sure the store knows who it was working at that time. “I called Express at Patriots Place on my way to my son's wedding. We realized half way to the wedding that my husband did not have his shirt for the wedding and asked if Express could have a shirt for us to grab and make it to the wedding on time. We arrived and Nicole had pulled multiple shirts in his size and was steaming them so they'd be perfect. We bought one of those shirts. She really saved the day for us ! It is a story we'll never forget and we will never forget Nicole's kindness! Superb customer service !”
