“Recently visited the Zumiez location in Wrentham to pick up an online order and had such an amazing customer service experience thanks to store manager, Lysh!
One of the items I ordered was involved in a mix up, but rather than simply apologizing and leaving it at that, Lysh went above and beyond to find a solution. “I love this store and the employees it's hard to keep the store up and tidy when you got ignorant people who put stuff anywhere and when the knock stuff off hangers instead of doing the decent thing and put back on hanger they throw them across the top of the rack or drop on the floor and not pick up the employees do their best the customers need to do theres”
