New customer get help update insurance; Allen at pharmacy stopped what he was doing to update insurance info updated in system and pulled prescription and Turned a stressful situation into a seamless transaction. Big delay with the vax rollout Kim in pharmacy took charge cleared up the delay with a can do attitude and outstanding customer service. Five years prescription customer have any negative experience with employees and hope for better experience too. The pharmacy and store help service and help.
