I don't know if the dayshift people are better, but the Night Shift people are incredibly rude. I had a super frustrating and overall just awful experience shopping at CVS when I never thought that just going to the store for a quick thing could really be so painful the workers definitely do not make it better or want to be there and are definitely not customer friendly.

Moving my prescriptions. What an awful customer experience and it's not the people's fault. They have 6 people in the pharmacy and not one of them stops for anything, they're always busy. I tried to renew a prescription over the phone and it said I needed to talk to the pharmacist. On hold for 10 min then it dropped me. I call back after 10 min I get dropped again. I call the front tell them what happened and they send me to the pharmacist again. At this point it's become a joke and I decide to conduct an experiment. I go for a walk while on hold, come home, shower, change, drive to the pharmacy, get to the front of the line and they ask if they can help me, yes, answer your phone, I show them my phone, 1:30:32 and counting. Ridiculous and horrible customer service. The woman was understanding and I tried to be as well but if this is how you treat people who call in then disconnect your phone! It's clearly not a viable way to get a hold of someone.

I hate to write a bad review. I’m really kind to customer service people. I often make friends with them wherever I go. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and even after leaving and working in healthcare myself I still was dealing with people all day every day. I know they deal with some serious abuse and I’m patient with them when they make mistakes etc.I can’t believe how rude and condescending the people are at this cvs. Today they made me cry in front of the entire store.They had an issue with a different customer (they were loud yelling about it) and took their anger out on me. I’m sure they did to every other person today too. This is the second time this month they have been extremely rude to me because they don’t know how to deescalate with other rude people and to work as a team. I step up with a smile and say hi, make small talk, joke about stuff and literally sometimes will make them feel better when I can see their stress.I can tell this is a toxic work environment. To the other employees who have to deal with that pharmacist or whoever, I appreciate you, I see you trying hard and I see that your team leader doesn’t know what they’re doing. I’m sure other people see it too.

The pharmacy is supposed to close between 130 and two. I arrived at 1:15 waited online until 1:25 when it was my turn at the front of the line. I was told the pharmacy was closed until two. It is now 2:05 and the pharmacy has not Reopened.Amazingly rude staff.

Big delay with the vax rollout this morning. Kim in the pharmacy took charge and cleared up the delay with a “can do” attitude. Outstanding customer service.

CVS pharmacists on depot street was on hold for 30 mins trying to get my sons prescription sent over after Chauncey told me they did not have his medication in stock as was I for the last 15 mins. I get being short staffed but not answering calls from the pharmacist is absolutely insane. I called the front after 20 mins went by to see if they could relay the message and got told that the supervisor was busy counting draws and couldn’t inform them that the pharmacist was on hold for 20 mins trying to get a prescription sent over and the kid who answered wasn’t allowed to relay the message either. The kid who answered the phone also stated that it’s common for them to not answer, which is poor business alone. Lack of customer service skills and inability to do their jobs effectively and efficiently communicate with each other has a little boy going to bed in tears due to his pain.

This CVS is the worst. Don't have your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Went to doctor appointment at 2:30 pm and was informed a prescription was being sent to Mansfield CVS. stopped by at 7:40 pm to fine prescription was still in Queue. Worse than that I had an over the counter health care produce prescribed by Dr an the shelves are bear. This place either need new management or fold!!! Not the first time. Had to wait 2 days for last prescription. Losers

Absolutely horrible customer service from both the head pharmacy tech and store manager, it's no wonder why I'm receiving multiple calls a day from their number with no voice-mail explaining why they are calling. Then when calling in to find out who contacted me I'm given a huge attitude and told they're not calling.... explain the missed calls for then... one of two things is happening. Someone is contacting me from the store or their customer information has been compromised and someone is spoofing their number and contacting me.... both of which they claim is not their problem.. don't use this pharmacy if you want your personal information protected. They clearly do not care.

Disgrace of a pharmacy, the employees are lazy and rude. CVS management please pay attention to your reviews and get rid of them. They don’t take their job seriously and have bad attitudes and have the worst facial expressions as if customers are their enemies. The pharmacist an Asian girl with pale skin and the old Asian woman in particular. If they don’t want to do their jobs, let him find a new one. They were rude to every single customer they came across in line. While dragging their feet. The old Asian woman kept putting her fingers in the air to stop people from talking. Unacceptable.

Very poor interaction with pharmacy. Regarding refill of medicine. Had to call said it will be back ordered for months. Told me “it’s all over the news you should know and it’s on Facebook.” Very rude and curt. Very poor customer service.
