“The guy fixed my phone in 10 minutes. Had a piece of a charger stuck in there. He could have charged me a $100 to replace the charging port but instead first gave getting the stuck piece out a try and did it. Very fair prices, by no means is he price gouging or overcharging. Very good business.”

“I had a major issue with my AT&T phone service. My phone suddenly went into SOS-only mode and would not connect to any towers. A technician tried to help but could not restore the signal because the phone simply would not respond to the tower. The phone insurance representative told me the exact same thing: the problem was with the tower and AT&T needed to fix it. I never dropped, damaged, or broke the phone—it just stopped working properly and showed SOS.
Because of this, I had to file a claim for a replacement phone, which cost me $275. Later, an AT&T legal representative called about my claim and claimed that both the store technician and the insurance rep had lied to me. According to them, the device itself was faulty and AT&T has no responsibility.
I do not believe those two employees intentionally deceived me. That’s why my review is 5 stars. Mansfield tried to help me. I believe AT&T as a company is greedy, prioritizes avoiding responsibility over helping customers, and is willing to throw its own people under the bus. After 15 years+, I refuse to do business with a company that treats its customers this way. AT&T can forget having me as a customer.”
