George B. greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. As soon as I explained all of the above, he took right over & went to work finding me the right phone, step by step, sometimes having to repeat & show me how to do things. Thankfully he has a nice calm, patient, reassuring manner and me being a newby senior, I desperately needed all of that. He explains everything clearly & is very knowledgeable.
