“I desperately needed a new phone as my old one wasn’t accepting updates any longer. I don’t like change, so was a little fearful of going to do this. George B. greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. As soon as I explained all of the above, he took right over & went to work finding me the right phone, step by step, sometimes having to repeat & show me how to do things. Thankfully he has a nice calm, patient, reassuring manner and me being a newby senior, I desperately needed all of that. He explains everything clearly & is very knowledgeable. I will always go back to AT&T in Mansfield for all my cell phone needs & advice. ?? George B.
