“I needed to repaint my vinyl shutters and door and I read that the best paint for this is Benjamin Moore. Off I went to Triboro. They explained all of my choices and I picked my paint chips. After much deliberation, I returned and picked my color. I carried my paint home and started to paint. It was pink! Not just pink but screaming neon pink! OMG, what did I do? I rushed back to the store. Yes they could fix my chosen color to a better color. I went home with my new color and it was …pink, not neon, but still pink. Back I went again and they tweaked my color again. This time I got exactly what I wanted, a deep, rich burgundy. I think with all of the back and forth, I met every employee in the store. They were all professional, lovely and kind. They all worked so hard to help me. I just finished my project and I am happy to say that it looks fabulous. I have always bought my paint at the big box stores. Not any more. I strongly recommend Triboro Benjamin Moore. Even if you screw up your color, they will fix it so that you will be proud of the final result.”
“Best place around, what ever the Big outlets, dont carry ever or any more, this family owned place does, and more, if for some reason they don't have in stock, they will gladly help order it for you. Been regularly going there since they do carry whatever I can't find at the big dealers, and the sons are the most helpful and kindest dudes you will ever meet. “The customer service is spot on! Greeted at the door with a cheerful hello, we headed to the garden center area. We must have looked perplexed, because we were immediately asked if we needed assistance from the general manager. My husband and I went in looking for an edge trimmer to deal with grass near gardens, but the trimmer we sought is no longer made. The GM walked us through our options and even opened a boxed battery-operated trimmer to show us the weight and ease of use. We were happy with the instructions he gave, and bought the trimmer. I have to say, it was our happiest landscaping purchase because to-date - the trimmer is safe, works great, and we got personalized instructions for it's use and maintenance. Well done!”

“I bought a Purdy roller from Amazon. This was a non-standard one and no roller cover will fit to it. I took it to it to this store hoping I can find the right roller cover. Store manager Dan was surprised to see this and said he never saw anything like this. I got to know from him that SW owns the brand Purdy. He gave me a standard roller for free and asked me to return the wrong one to Amazon while making a note for it. To me, this is the epitome of customer service. Thanks SW for hiring people like Dan!”
