Depending on the service you are ìn need of I thought the help was very knowledgeable and friendly
There is lots of equipment for demonstration.

Went there to cancel my service and was treated with professionalism and kindness. Very different than I expected. Will go back there if I return to Xfinity.

Same problem multiple differe answers everyone thinks they're right... But my phone still sucks and doesn't work... Obviously communication via telephone sucks.
