“I go to this UPS store frequently with complicated printing requests for work and personal projects and Dani and Annabelle always knock it OUT OF THE PARK!!!! INCREDIBLY helpful and attentive in making sure my project gets done right, plus so kind!! I genuinely appreciate their work that helps support local businesses and the community!!!”

“The staff at this store are always quick with an answer ,aim to please, extremely polite, and think outside the box(no pun intended) when helping us find ways to ship uniquely shaped items. Really great location. It doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week..the staff here is amazing!”
“This store is honestly the best! The customer service is 10/10, and the efficiency is even better! I made the mistake of going to another store, and I deeply regretted it because the customer service did not compare to this store & the amazing employees. They’re truly excellent!”
“They packed and shipped two very fragile items for me over the last month. Super efficient and friendly. The gal who works in the morning was awesome. Thank you!”

“I had the best service at this store. Thank you, John for your gracious and supportive assistance in returning Amazon items that I’ve had trouble returning. It was causing me so much stress and to have someone help me through a very confusing return, was like having my son with me (although John is a little more patient). Saturday at 2:00 was a good time to go! Mostly at all!”
