“I’m so grateful to have found this amazing vet! They took such wonderful care of my three cats and made each one feel calm, comfortable, and loved (they even got treats!). I felt truly heard and validated especially when I explained that one of my cats has been refusing his medication lately. Instead of dismissing my concerns like our previous vet, they took the time to listen and even recommended a transdermal version of the medication, which was such a relief. The entire appointment felt relaxed and unhurried, and I appreciated how much time they gave us to ask questions and understand everything. Their compassion, knowledge, and affordability honestly blew me away. I finally feel like my cats and I are in the best hands possible.”
“Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my little boy. I layed down with him on the floor at DAH for his last hours sobbing that the time had come. I’ve been a client at DAH for 25 years. 3 out of my 5 dogs have had their last moments there as well as the 5 of them getting routine care. Over the last year I have spent a lot of time there. Always greeted with excitement and love by the receptionists, always greeted with kindness and professionalism by the vet technicians when in the exams rooms, and always given wonderful thorough and thoughtful care by the Drs (especially Dr. Anderson). But, it isn’t just those moments that stand out… it’s the little ones… the ones when I am waiting for my pups to come back into the exam rooms… when I hear the staff traveling back and forth doing there work out back… hearing them interact with every animal they are caring for, these people are SPECIAL! Their jobs are not easy… they do it because they love animals and the people who love animals… life isn’t perfect… and none of us are… but, I wouldn’t want another team of people caring for my four legged fur family. I am beyond grateful to each and every staff member. I just got off the phone with Lois who called to check in. You are all angels on earth!”

Thank you for helping in such a very sad time. Thank you for sending him off to the rainbow Bridge and his last ride home to my mom and his mom. She was so relieved to have him home. She's in senior housing so this was very traumatic and wasn't called til the day before we were bringing him in but he had passed at 4am. I'm 2 hrs away one way and I was a wreck. He had been indoors and not seen since a kitten at the vets which complicated things big time. It was a sad situation. I'm happy he's not suffering anymore and is at rest. Thank you.”

“This place has always made me and my pups feel welcomed and heard! When we lost one of our fur babies to a hit and run a year ago they were so helpful with everything! Dr. Dunn is amazing with my pups and always remembers them. They love him and are always excited to see him. It is a little expensive but my boys are given great care so they are worth it.”

I can’t say enough good things about her; she is so caring and gentle with Tommy and Sophie in all their care, but also with us as concerned pet parents. She is very generous with her time, is always professional, listens and explains, but above all just cares so much, and it shows.

“We have always had exceptional care here. They are compassionate and loving toward our dog. We have noticed the prices to have increased quite a bit, so we will request tech appts for small visits, or things like vaccines, rather than seeing the actual doctor. That said, we don't plan on taking our pet anywhere else any time soon.”

Manchester Animal Hospital is a wonderful family-run business, and the owner, Scott, was incredibly helpful with our situation. He came highly recommended by a friend, and he was absolutely spot on.
Our cat had been struggling to acclimate to our home, and we weren’t sure what was going on. Scott did a thorough evaluation and determined that nothing was medically wrong—our cat was simply experiencing a bit of stress. His bedside manner was exactly what we needed: calm, patient, and reassuring.

“I had a good experience with both Dr Laing and Dr Lemire. I definitely recommend both. The waiting room is calm, quiet and relaxing which is notable bc my dog becomes very anxious in waiting rooms.
Tip: If you need to schedule multiple appointments, then book them all at once bc I was too flabbergasted to book my consecutive appointments and the receptionist that day was not helpful and looked a little too overjoyed that I made a mistake with booking. She looked happy that I couldn’t get any appointments for days. Luckily there are other vets in the area.
I began taking my dog in November 2025 for a chronic ear infection and he was seen by Dr Laing — she was beyond helpful, kind and thoughtful. My dog’s ears have recently become a challenge and she gave me excellent options for his care. I really appreciated that. Then we saw Dr Lemire in January and February for some serious health issues. She showed such kindness and understanding in trying to help me battle his ear infection and was a huge help to me. She found a way to help him and I will forever be grateful. I will continue to bring my dog back to see Dr Laing and Dr Lemire for as long as I can.
Recommendation #1: I wish there was a small private area or room because of recent unfortunate news I learned the last few visits I was there. It would have been nice to have a private quiet moment to regain my composure before paying and leaving. And there is no restroom for customers which I found to be challenging — especially the past 2 visits (ie for moments when one needs to 'pull it together' after getting some sad news).
With that aside, I am satisfied with easy appointment scheduling over the phone, a calm waiting room and both Dr Laing and Dr Lemire.”
“Very convenient and cheaper then a full on vet visit, but they go through it so quickly that the animals are terrified and don't get everything you pay for sometimes. For instance the oral vaccine and treatment if they miss the animals mouth, oh well they don't fix it just move on. I noticed they marked most of the exam as unable to do as well. If they took their time, introducing themselves to the animals to get them to except them maybe it wouldn't be so scary. Also when they take blood they don't always bandage it so blood gets everywhere without noticing at first, as well as little poops or pee pee that is let out from fear. Depending on the people doing the service the experience can be good or bad for the animals. But in the end I appreciate the convenience of being able to just pay for the vaccination or whatnot instead of waiting for a whole appointment at the Veterinary hospital office.”
