The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and caring, offering expert suggestions. The shop is beautifully organized by animal. It also has a mobile grooming salon and hosts philanthropic events like nail clips that donate to local animal rescues. Customers find it a classy and amazing store in the neighborhood, with many being loyal monthly and return customers.
