“All the employees here are so helpful and knowledgeable. Nice small town vibe. So nice to be greeted by my name. That makes me feel like a valued client. I never have a long wait when I bank here. An added bonus to me is the fact that (to my knowledge) the tellers are all female !”
“I use to bank with Citizens on the cape until the branch manager told me he was leaving to work at another bank. Upon his leaving I immediately opened a new account and transferred to Rockland. The customer service I was use to was just unapparelled this day in age. 10/10 if I ever need anything or have any questions I know I can stop in and get a quick and timely resolve or answer. I'll never forget the help I got in buying my home and the stress from transferring large sums of money was all but none thanks to this branch and it's team.”

“The benefit of online banking is you rarely have to visit a brick and mortar location. The downfall of online banking is you don’t get to see all the amazing people at this bank. Rockland Trust- specifically this location- was recommended to me by several friends and friends that own businesses. Opening an account was seamless and any questions about changes or upcoming ideas have been received well. I’ve needed to solve a few problems and the solutions have felt very collaborative with the whole staff. The online portions have been very user friendly. I’d recommend this bank and this location to anyone and don’t forget to go in every once in a while!”

Joanne, Megan, Darche, and Ryan provide excellent service with simple transactions, with great attitudes to boot! Heather is more than helpful with any questions or tricky situations, and she shines with a cheery greeting each time you enter the branch. “While I am a visitor to the area and not a customer, I was impressed by this architecturally interesting building. The red brick 19th century Neoclassical style bank appears to be the oldest of its kind in the town, and its exterior nicely matches the younger post office down the street. Additionally, its position across the village green from the whitewashed congregational church really completes the small town New England feel.”
“I did not have any relations with Martha's Vineyard Bank, but I worked with Addie M. Drolette - mortgage specialist. It was practically five years ago, but only now I came across of her name and realized that works for another bank now. She is one of the best if not the best mortgage specialist I have ever dealt with. She is very much committed to her customers. It was not an easy process to get approval for us, but she did really amazing job, and thanks to her we leave in a great house, and recently refinanced it again. Thank you so much Addie!”
