It would have been 5 stars if they had chocolate syrup so customers could make their own mocha coffee

This spot is DEEP in the hood, but the people that work here do a great job.
super friendly and quick to help. It's a bad neighborhood, but this still provide high-level service. Kudos!

One stop shopping. Got my morning coffee, breakfast and, unplanned sub for lunch. Kindest, most helpful staff. Much more professional than the 7/11 we grew up with.
