“Adair was outstanding and a true professional in every way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what I must do to make the refrigerator safe for the repair.
The part came as promised and gratefully he was also the tech who got the return call.
He accomplished the repair quickly, (thermostat) explaining as he went along and further, detected a second issue with the heater coil. He explained my options and what signs I should watch for which would necessitate a second repair.
I cannot compliment him enough on his friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency.
He is an excellent representative of the company.

“Excellent Support from Dominic at the Apple Store – Solomon Pond Mall
I want to give a big thank you to Dominic at the Apple Store in Solomon Pond Mall (Marlborough, MA) for his outstanding service on the evening of October 4th, 2025.
Around 7 PM, I came in with my brother after struggling to access my MacBook. I had attempted a reset and entered recovery mode, but couldn’t remember my password and was completely stuck. Dominic stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
He was incredibly professional, patient, and clear in walking me through the steps to regain access. What really stood out was how calmly he explained everything—not just to fix the issue in the moment, but to help me understand what to do if it ever happened again. His knowledge and demeanor made a frustrating situation feel manageable.
I highly recommend this Apple Store location—and especially Dominic—to anyone in the area. With the busy holiday season approaching, it's reassuring to know there are team members like Dominic who truly care about delivering excellent customer service.

“I love this Target location — it’s super convenient and always a pleasant experience. I’ve never had any issues with the staff, and having a Starbucks inside is a nice bonus. The Starbucks employees are very friendly as well. I enjoy stopping by to grab groceries or pick up things I may have missed for home. Definitely a location I’ll continue coming back to.”
