The room was clean, spacious. The bathroom shower the ceiling looked a bit like it was sagging down which wasn't great. My biggest concern and reason for a three star rating was the door. The gap there is the door fully closed and both locks utilized and there was that large of a gap, which didn't make me feel entirely safe. The room was pretty pricey for the experience in my opinion. And normal sounds for a hotel were extremely loud in my opinion from my room. Usually you can't hear what's going on upstairs or in the hall. Certainly room for improvement.

Nice rooms, but the gem here, and the reason I enjoyed my stay so much, was because the staff were so kind, helpful, and made me feel incredibly welcome. I appreciate them so much. Marriott- give all of these people a raise!! They deserve it.

We needed a place to spend the night to break up a trip further north into 2 days and this hotel seemed like a good choice. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel lobby, restaurant, lounge, and the rooms. Everything looked very inviting and the staff treated us very well. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Its location, right off the interstate and only 5 minutes from downtown Marlboro, was extremely convenient.

Due for an update to rooms. Seems outdated. Lobby is nice. Workout room was closed when I was there.

This is really a review of their Bistro restaurant. The hotel is fine and checks all the boxes for cleanliness, accommodations, parking and even a reasonable price. The Bistro restaurant is exceptional, mostly due to the staff. The food was good to excellent and my party of 6 had half to 2/3rds of the menu. Have some fries and the burger is also excellent. The staff is amazing.

Checked in, wasn't offered any Bonvoy services. ( Am an Ambassador). Also there is a large group of Hockey kids between 8-16 staying at the hotel, lots of kids running up and down the hallways at 2am. Although you have to wonder where their parents are, the hotel is aware of this behavior and hasn't done anything in several days to stop it. Rooms are also somewhat dated compared to other Courtyards. Overall an ok experience, next time I would opt to stay at the Fairfield less than a mile down the road for the few extra bucks per night.

I am a very important business man and I love this courtyard because they have all the essential office equipment I need such as fax machines, modems, mimeographs, and wake up calls. I was able to close a huge deal with Japanese business men thanks to the staff and amenities at this courtyard.

We stayed here this past weekend with our hockey organization and I am sure we weren't the easiest crew. Although our kids were well behaved, there were a lot of us and we had a great time. We had kids and adults on the run everywhere, loud music, food, games, lots of knee hockey and lots of noise. I couldn't believe how patient everyone was the three nights we were there. The cleaning and front desk staff were amazing, friendly and caring to all of us, especially the kids and never once complained. The bartender went above and beyond and dealt with us thirsty hockey parents all night! The rooms were clean and the basement fitness facility was the best I have ever seen! Thank you for a pleasant stay and allowing us to enjoy our time and our weekend celebration.

Traveled from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts for Christmas for a short trip to visit family and friends. Hotel staff were very professional and very friendly especially with our dog Bailey. She made friends with almost everyone! Thank you for being a pet friendly hotel. Saved our Christmas! We hope to stay there again for future reference when traveling with Bailey. Thanks again!!

It was clean and I was there for work function. The weight stuff was very efficient, they kept everything clean during the buffet I made sure the place were removed and did not get in the way of our meeting.

I loved my stay at the Courtyard Marriott - the receptionsts were so nice, and when I requested breakfast (paid), the chef was so accommodating, and asked me how the food was when I saw him later that day. Unfortunately it's not the closest to the airport, but it's closer to my office (which I think is better because for 4 days I have to come and go, but the airport is just a couple times. I also loved their little area that had Mac and cheese for a quick dinner, a whole lot of ice cream selections, and little bottles of Tylenol, ibuprofen, and many other things I didn't want to drive out for (and small enough to fit in your suitcase). Will be staying here next time!

Very fancy hotel. Very comfy bed. A good place to stay if you like a bar in the hotel. I prefer continental breakfast which they did not offer.

I stayed at this Hotel this weekend for two nights. On the second day, they had no hot water. I called the front desk and they said, Oh yes our Water heater went out last night. Nothing was announced to guests that were affected. I was told they were going to discount the price of my second night and nothing was done. On top of everything, I see multiple charges on my credit card that I was not aware off. Don’t stay at this Hotel and if you do check your credit card transactions.
