Assabet Sewing and Vac center is more than a shop... its an experience- and a good one! 2 great guys clearly love what they do and aim to please their customers. My sewing machine was repaired within the time frame estimated at a VERY reasonable price. I would highly recommend this repair shop!

WOW! Mark is so awesome! One of the pulleys on the brush head for my Hoover Onepwr had frozen up rendering the entire thing inoperable! A quick twist here, a tug there, and voilà mark had it working again! So incredibly thankful!

Great old-school repair shop and boy am I glad there are still places like this around! Shark does not do warranties or repairs (they prefer you just buy a new vacuum!) but Mark did a great job replacing a shot cord. Was a straight shooter on price and the timeline.
