Employees, most times, are courteous & knowledgeable. Banking procedures & record keeping flawless! I have done my banking business there for 30 plus years & never a glitch.
Online banking equally good except they do a lot of online maintenence. It often occurs during business hours & you cant access your account information. You can phone them but not convenient for detailed inquiries & money tranfers etc.”

“I haven't dealt with this branch but I had my truck financed through them almost 2 years ago and got a great rate. Then about 6 months later I got a pre-approved credit card from them without applying. It has a $6,000 line with 0% interest for 22 months double cash rewards and more. I had 2 problem's in that time once I tried to send $ to pay loan payment and it ended up on my credit card and the other time I mailed the loan payment and the check didn't show up for 3 weeks. I paid online when I saw it was 4 days overdue and then when The check showed up and it processed and I had now made two payments in one month which I couldn't afford. Both times when I called the credit union whoever answered the phone helped me address the situation the last time the woman was nice enough to cancel the older payment that I had made online in order to get me my money back quicker and the first time I don't remember how they handled it but it was very simple for me to deal with it I just had to call and explain my situation and they helped me get my money back. I don't bank with them I do have the savings account with the $10 I put in in order to get the loan but I had never even heard of them they don't have any branches near me if they did I would happily deal with them and hopefully when I trade in my truck I will be able to get another loan through them”

“I have been a TD Bank customer since 2020. This location is clean and quiet. All employees are helpful and friendly. The only issue I had, which occurred some time ago, was with a very rude representative on the phone, not from this branch, though. In general, I am satisfied with their app, and I find it easy to navigate.”

Thinking life is going to be okay. It's crazy, but RTN has been that for me repeatedly. The time I needed to pay a band in cash at the last minute and they verified my ATM location, my safety, and my ID with creative on-the-spot security questions that only I would know. They then tested the transaction with follow up questions. What means so much to me is the skill they used to make sure it was not a scam, that I was not being held at ransom, and in the winter hours when it's dark at 4pm. They were concerned that I get to my destination with the large sum of cash. The time I needed a loan for a car and the professional process that was almost as quick as grubhub . Monday, when I closed on my house, Nicki and Kim used ingenuity, technological expertise, personal integrity, professional responsibility and care to make it happen on an impossible schedule. RTN is the combination of NASA-type skill and small town caring and approachability. RTN is lucky and brilliant for the people they have kept employed for a long period of time. “I've had the pleasure of doing business with this bank a few times and they have always been very helpful.I know that Citizens bank itself is not the friendliest, organized, fast, efficient or helpful when you deal with them online or visit their other banks (shopping stores included) But thee guys on Bolton Street deserve credit for being a rose in a thornbush.Citizens bank should take note of the effort and friendliness that they go out of their way to maintain.
