Craig spent well over an hour with me, helping notarize important documents, opening and closing accounts, starting a service request that involved a detailed process, and answering questions about another family member’s account. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was Craig’s honesty and integrity. Whenever there was any uncertainty, he took the time to verify the information rather than simply giving me an answer. He genuinely wanted to make sure I had the correct information, and I really appreciated that. You could tell that doing things the right way and taking care of his customers truly matters to him.
