1 hour wait for my car due to low staffing. Car lot was full so there was no place to park. Car only had half a tank of gas when I rented it.

the person working the counter is a saint and deserves some major recognition for having to deal some very rude customers, they handled it with extreme professionalism and when it came time to assisting me was extremely helpful in making sure my rental process was easy. top tier customer service through and through
