The process of requesting measuring for our stairs, most recently was within a day and once we decided on an option (of which they have so many, in many price points), the install was within 2 weeks (would have been quicker but we had to reschedule) - the installer was amazing and their pricing beats anyone in this area. Couldn't be happier with the service and product!”
