Only one cash out area on the first floor. A handicapped woman was told it was at the other end of the store. She had difficulty walking and made it clear she was not happy. Employee could care less.2nd floor return employees were great!!!

Looks like it's going to be closing its doors. Merch is stale, haven't restocked Levi's in a year, styles look like they have come from a clearance warehouse, more clearance than new stuff. Bottom lines are tight but sure doesnt inspire me to return anytime soon.

Things have definitely improved, I'm glad to see many people shopping here around Christmas. Very good sale prices that have a great selection as well as value. Employees at the checkout were amazing with great customer service. Love the improvement JCPenny. Keep it up

It was the worst experienece in 7 years of shopping with JC PENNY.buyed a sweater just before thanksgiving and the sweater got tear off after 1st time wear . So went there for return and the store manager was racist . Intially she was laughing wickdly with her subordinate when i said l have complain with sweater instead of addressing my complain she got busy with her stuff and didnt communicate well for the complain. She offered me 30% return for the sweater which i refused and left my sweater in the store. The manager didnt even consider even considered about customer satisfaction. The manager like this is rhe reason behind JC penny not doing well since some years..still living in rascist era so amazon has taken all thier customers and jc penny and other like stores has to forcibly closing bcoz of this type of mangager and customer servicesWorst worst experience .. WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AGAIN IN JC PENNY solomon pond mall, MA. I request the owners of JC PENNY TO look in this issue.

I've always bought my Gloria Vanderbilt jeans at Kohl's, but not anymore. From now on I will be buying them at JCPenney. They had a much better selection than the two other Kohl's stores I tried (where I've always gone) and the associates were much more helpful.
