JCPenny is ALWAYS nice it is unfortunate that Solomon pond mall is in such disrepair. Not one A/C working in the entire mall. I feel bad for the employees that have to work in such conditions

Thankfully, JCP still sells vertical blinds. With Sears gone and only big box stores remaining, it's hard to replace things that have worn out over time.

Idk why this mall is dying. You can find super great stuff here cheap. JC Penny has great taste in linens and kitchen stuff. Its easier than spending hours reading reviews on amazon. Just walk in and see whats good.
