“This is a GREAT store! Excellent products, with thoughtful and kind staff. My dog LOVES the codfish skin treats, super crunchy, very healthy. Never seen those treats anywhere else, what a FIND!”
“Everyone at this store is so friendly and knowledgeable! I’ve never had an issue finding what I need or leaving well-informed about my pets’ needs. We run the gamut for critters in the house, so we ask a lot of questions on husbandry, food choice, grooming, toy durability, allergens… and there is always someone to help. The live insects are always still alive (we’ve had issues at other local stores) and generously counted. We purchased dubia roaches today, and their container had hydrating food in it for them, which is something I haven’t seen at other PSP in the area. The employees, quality and breadth of products, and competitive prices keep us coming back to this store specifically.
Specifically if you need live food, choose this location. It is worth the drive.”
“This place is absolutely insane! I've been a fish owner just about a year, and so far this shop is by far the best I've visited. Well stocked with amazing variety of fresh and tropical fish, supplies, affordable shrimp, etc. Staff is mostly very nice, too. I just wish there was a larger variety of "self serve" plants in addition to those in their various tanks. I haven't visited during the summer heat yet... Should be fun as the shop is very humid!!”

“Always is so good, but this time after the vaccine we were checking food and toys and leashes and my puppy felt bad and puke and feels bad and the dr. saw this since far away and came fast to check her. This was so great for me, when we arrive to the house my puppy was like new and she still is, but I really appreciate what the dr. did!”

I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere and the greeting., very different from one of their other locations. “Just took our newly adopted dog here to get updated on all her vaccines as our vet is very backed up. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was fantastic. The 2 staff that checked us in were very thorough. They checked over all of her medical paperwork from her adoption and explained options. I told her we had a vet appointment in 3 weeks and she gave me the option to have her boosters for the vaccines with our vet or to come back to Vetco. There was no pressure either way. Once we saw the vet she provided an exam and explained everything. I felt the process was easy and the staff were all very professional. I think this is a great alternative for anyone having a tough time getting an appointment with their local vet or looking for affordable vaccines for their pet”
