I have been a TD Bank customer since 2020. This location is clean and quiet. All employees are helpful and friendly. The only issue I had, which occurred some time ago, was with a very rude representative on the phone, not from this branch, though. In general, I am satisfied with their app, and I find it easy to navigate.

They always take great care of me. Sometimes they are short-handed and sometimes they are just very busy with lots of customers. If you can't stand to wait like I've seen other people post, then go find a bank that nobody likes, there'll be nobody there to be in line.

I’ve had an account here for many years and never had an issue. employees are diligent, especially customer service representative Lionel. I do wish there was a bigger waiting area at the lobby. Other than that 5/5
