They are very nice and we Love coming to visit them when we check our P.O. box.

Management here is very sweet and understanding, otherwise this would have been a one star experience. Miss. Suely, in the future, it is not for you to decide what is rude or not when speaking to a customer. A simple “sorry for the miscommunication” goes a long way.
