Well there still is a cost, they charge for balancing, which was surprising after everything I read on their website. Otherwise 5 star, they lived up to the guarantee that I paid for.”

They are honest, trustworthy, do excellent work and are solutions, not sales oriented. I needed 4 new tires for my 2019 Toyota 4 Runner....any other tire dealer would have priced out 4 tires with all the extras....not Sullivan, Mike looked over the entire vehicle, including the never used spare and provided a solution that saved med some bucks: buy three new tires, use the new condition spare and replace it with the old tire with the least wear. This type of service goes way above and beyond what you'd get elsewhere. I never hesitate to recommend see Mike and Brian in Kingston! They and their team do the best work at a great price and are definitely customer oriented.”

“I was in the middle of a 4000 mile road trip when I picked up a deck screw in the sidewall of one of my high performance Continental tires. My car was barely drivable. I called Wilder and they said they could get my tire in the next day. I made an appointment and was out and on my way in an hour. The people there were friendly and we even had a nice conversation in the waiting room. All this at a reasonable price. What a pleasant surprise and a gem of a shop.”

I have been a very happy regular customer for 20 years, and this week they took care of a nail in my husband's tire, then a few days later saved my car after an oil change (done elsewhere, silly me) went wrong and the car had to be towed. Quick response, great communication (thanks, George!), photos so I can demonstrate the issue, and repair made with no pressure to do more than was necessary. Excellent service, as usual!”
“I was on my way to work at 5 am from Plymouth to Dedham and my engine light started blinking and my car starting puttering and losing power. Thankfully, I was near the exit to Kingston Auto. I pulled my car into the lot and left my keys on my front tire. I called an Uber to get to work planning on having to get a rental car for the commute home and the rest of my work week.I called Kingston Auto when they opened and explained what I had experienced that morning. I was told that they would look at it and get back to me.
