“When my dashboard lit up like Christmas on my way home from work I drove to Sullivan Tire in Sandwich since my gps said it was less than 1/4 mile away.It was late so I left my car since it was not driveable. It was pouring rain and dark and I have PTSD and not having my vehicle makes me feel trapped and anxious. The female that helped me explained everything to me and she called me a Lyft. She called me first thing in the morning as promised and again explained the best repair process going forward.She pretty much kept me from having a panic attack and I can’t describe how completely calming that felt.I can not express enough how grateful I am for her help. In this day and age this type of compassion and help is unheard of but Sullivan and its employee have far exceeded 5 stars.”

“Had a tire blowout while traveling through Orleans. While waiting for AAA to arrive and install the spare, I phoned Cape and Island Tire to check and see if they had the tires I needed in stock, and if they could fit me in for service that afternoon. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and they told me if I arrived by 4:15, they could do the job. I got the shop around 3:30 and was out of there 20 minutes later with two new tires. Great service!”
