Without even being my dealer, Michael went full on mode to solve the problem I had with my new GMC Denali. He worked with Kern GMC, who were also amazing, where I broke down in Winchester, VA.
Patrick GMC went from taking my car for 3 weeks trouble shooting, to paying for a rental to then getting my car back to me, which was an 8 hour trip where I was vacationing with my family.
My own dealer wasn't willing to help me in this way or any way to be honest.
So Patrick GMC comes highly recommended in my book.
Give them a call. Family owned and great attention to detail. This family knows how to service the community.

“Had a trailer tire blowout on I-95 just as I got into Richmond. Babied her to the TA at Exit 89. The repair shop there said they couldn’t guarantee the mechanic would show up on time, or show up at all. Nope. They aren’t working on my truck. Found this place on google, waited for them to open at 7am, drove less then a mile from that TA, and had me back on the road in 35 minutes. Not just one, but four trailer tires….in 35 minutes. Price was GREAT. I have a corporate account at a place closer to home and these guys were cheaper. They have my business from now on. Don knows tires! He’s got a ton of brands in stock and had the same tire brand that I put on a month ago, and I replaced four trailer tires instead of the one. So now I have all new tires around the trailer and couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys! I was about to pay a load more and didn’t have too. I’ll be back for drives and steers when I need them👍”
