South Cape Beach State Park is a nice beach with plenty of space on the sandy shore. It is a beautiful and magical place, ideal for walking and bird watching, where visitors can feel like they have the whole beach to themselves. There is easy parking and a short walk to a nice long beach with warm water. Some note a high parking fee for out-of-state visitors. It is seen as a place to safeguard and protect the wildlife and environment.

We went here late in the day so it wasn't too crowded. This is a nice beach with plenty of space on the sandy shore. There seemed to be a good amount of parking which is uncommon on The Cape at beaches so that's a plus.

Come on !! Why are we charging out of state folks 40$ I'm sorry that is insane. I thought we are trying to promote tourism.
