Steve was great got the tub door that was needed for tub,arranged for the delivery and installation in a timely fashion,will use him again.

Steve was the most informed person we have ever met in a plumbing bath store. Do not go to the suburbs for pretty showrooms and sales people who do not know their products, go to Boston Bath for fabulous prices and knowledgable staff.

Customer Service was horrible....Women on the phone was unfriendly and unhelpful. I was only asking a simple question about what they might have. I was looking for something simple and only wanted to know if they had it. She was rude and abrupt. won't be going there!!!!
