We were educated on Consumer Reports reviews, so that combined with the years of experience from the manager, we found the perfect mattress! Manager spent a lot of time educating us and letting us try options from their large selection. You spend a third of your life on a mattress so pick a winner! Had a factory defect in the delivered platform and they immediately replaced it. Great service. Prices were competitive. Could you find a slightly cheaper mattress online? Maybe. But given the service and the value of the assistance from the store in selecting, we are very pleased with the purchase. We're not one of those sleaze bags that go try in the store, then order online somewhere else.”

“I can't recommend the Custom Shop highly enough. From the second I walked in, I knew Toni and her staff were professionals. They made new cushions for my mom's 20 year old stickley couch that I had contemplated getting rid of because the cushions were so uncomfortable. The new cushions are so comfortable and look great - it's like I have a new couch. They patiently explained and showed me the options for cushions and were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go back to the Custom Shop!”

Chair Fair is a family business environment with a very nice and friendly staff, not eager to make a sale but eager to help you find what you need. It's very rare to find this type of service anymore! The selection is great too with options for various budgets. Highly recommend!”

“Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.”
