Rodney, Bobby, and Joez made what could've very easily been an overwhelming experience not only accessible, but fun. I could tell from the moment I walked in that they were there to help me not to upsell. As a first time couch shopper, but also young adult I was full of questions (some of them probably obvious to most) and all the guys met me exactly where I was at. I also appreciated them presenting me with questions I had not yet considered. Truly, I commend them for handling my chaotic energy but really providing top-tier customer service. Yacoub and Ephrem are very cooperative, their prices are good, and their furniture is very nice and European and has a flavor that is not traditional like the rest of the furniture, for example, in Jordans or others... and of course they can deal with the price”

“The best customer service on the planet. We purchased a couch from them in June (the Weber with chaise) and the chaise just wasn't long enough so we exchanged for the Metro with chaise. It was comfy and deep; however the gap between the chaise and middle seat was huge (abnormally so), after a long period of trying different suggestions, moving cushions, dropping and reshaping nothing was working to lessen the gap. I noticed the Weber had a new option of the longer chaise so I reached out about another exchange and they were super accommodating. I sent a few pictures of the issue and they quickly agreed to another exchange. The delivery service people are always fantastic. Every single person I have ever interacted with at the company has been wonderful. The Weber is a dream. A fluffy cloud that feels like it will last forever.”

Super helpful in selecting pieces and quick with installation, next day even on a weekend holiday. When my futon broke a few days after installation they came and replaced it for no extra cost. They even put together some furniture I bought elsewhere and hung my mirror for me - overall above and beyond service and the price is unbeatable, I’d give six stars if I could.”

“It is of high quality and they advertise sales during the holidays. I feel for the trees though is my hesitate to provide a review. The chairs can be described as curved with a Shaker style craftsmanship and the use of not completely rounded arms and legs but oval shaped. The pieces have a contemporary feel because he wood is sanded smooth and it is left unvarnished with only linseed oil working into the surface. I would save money and make a painting myself yet would buy a carved bench from Thomas Moser.”

He walked me through the shopping process and helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. The store was having a good sale too, I got a free adjustable bed frame with purchase. I also appreciate that mattress firm offers a white glove delivery and setup service. I think it’s definitely worth the extra cost to alleviate some of the work of moving!”
