Genuinely amazing customer service! But in addition to that it's just a sick store, they not only sell cannabis related paraphernalia but clothing, posters/tapestries and various other stoner related merchandise. Love going here and the four times I've visited have a been blast.”

“If it were possible to rate even more stars i would not even sure there is an appropriate number of stars to rate them the quality of tobacco and anything else ive bought there rolling machines papers are outstanding prices are more than fair the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they accommodate everyone who visit the store equally and polite and will talk over with other coworkers to make sure they are able to answer any all questions you might have if you are not a smoker they have many other things that you may be interested in novalties games and more i recommend to everyone who is in harvard sq and has lil time to check them out”

“Have been in twice - very nice location and ambiance. Very good selection. Damien was super nice and helpful. Mike seems to like to bust balls a bit...asked me what cigars I generally smoke and my answer did not meet his approval and he let me know - talking down to me a bit. He did however make a few good recomendations. Don't get me wrong - don't mind good natured ribbing - but if I am not a friend and have not gotten to know you I am just not sure where you are coming from.”

“Greatest owners, they both work hard daily to maintain their customer base satisfaction. They treat every customer with respect and adhere to all the customers needs. I stop in while walking my dog and we are both welcomed and greeted with a good morning/afternoon/evening whatever it may be along with( How are you doing?/ or some other good conversation. ) Every other customer I see in there always has a good vibe whether they're winning or not in the store's keno/ lottery area, which I must add is always clean and made for every single customer to feel comfortable. So if you need to quench your thirst with a delicious slush puppy (sweet brain freeze) or want to grab a cigar (and a scented candle or spray) stop in, hey even if you need somewhere to relax and enjoy yourself (which we all deserve) for a little while go ahead grab a comfortable chair and play yourself a couple games of keno or some other lottery games. They've had some big winners. Tell them William says, Hello.”
