Eryn was sooo helpful, I hadn’t been sized or bought a real bra in years (had mostly been wearing bralettes and sports bras) and being able to try on a bunch of bras that actually fit was amazing. If you’ve only ever been “sized” at Victoria’s Secret definitely go to Wacoal, you’ll actually get your real size and get bras that fit!”

“Ladies… if you ever need a hat for a special occasion this is your place! I will be attending a wedding in Scotland this summer and have been looking for a fascinator for months. I did not want to purchase this type of item online and was quickly running out of time. I came upon this store and found exactly what I was looking for! The assistance provided was amazing; the owner was extremely patient as I tried on many possibilities. I left the store very happy with a lovely little hat for a reasonable price. In addition to clothing, they have a lovely collection of jewelry and I couldn’t help myself and bought two pairs of earrings for the event as well. So happy to find a quaint little shop like this in a world filled with generic box stores!!!”
“My fiancé and I needed an outfit for our upcoming sagai. We didn't want to go to Jersey, so we found Choonri Collection was nearby. Seema has a wonderful collection and was extremely helpful. Definitely worth checking out if you need any Indian clothing.
Update: Love Seema's collection. She recommended a tailor in Acton, MA I would not go to again. Although she was a nice lady, the blouse did not come out correctly. Makes me believe I wasn't measured correctly. Now I need to find a blouse to match my saree or buy a new outfit.”

There's an array of carefully selected pieces and interesting, fun, eclectic accessories. “Had a lovely experience here yesterday and got great service and a super cute outfit. Kelley was so fun to work with, she helped both me and my daughter find what we were looking for, and she even talked me out of getting something that didn’t look amazing on me. I don’t like being upsold on clothing, and I really value honesty. I didn’t feel any pressure while shopping, and really enjoyed my time in the store. I will make a point to stop in whenever I am in town. Btw I really appreciated that she helped my daughter too and made her feel included. Sometimes I feel like people disregard teenagers, but Kelley gave my daughter helpful advice, and she had so much fun and loved the experience with mom. It was really special.”

I lost my chai ln of thought and was ready to leave until their rep Jon, made me feel welcome.I didn’t know what my size was at first. Jon, helped me find my right size and fit. “This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”

“I think his name is Ron unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names. Anyway he helped me for over an hour finding me shoes that would fit and not hurt since I have a collapsed ankle. He was extremely knowledgeable patient helpful and kind. He showed me a pair of Brooks running shoes that even he had as well as my orthopedic Dr. I watched him help others as well being extremely attentive to their needs. He helped more than one person at a time. Ron applies immense service and commitment to the store. A couple of weeks later I bought a folding chair that I saw outside and got a new one. The Maynard Outdoor Store has quality items and superb service. The staff that checks you out are extremely helpful patient and kind. I like the atmosphere it's very laid back and rustic. Will definitely return to the store. I thank Ron and the staff for your diligence. Take care and be safe l.”
