There is excellent service at the Natick Mall location. Staff help pick a nice looking suit, match shirts, and make measurements and adjustments. The store resolves issues quickly and offers great service. Even tall guys can find things there, and the style still survived after many years.
The fabric and stitching on these shirts remain high quality. However, Brooks Brothers recently changed their sizing metrics, and the new fits are much baggier than the classic versions. It is disappointing for long-time customers who rely on consistent tailoring. An average experience now.
