Unlike many other body shops where they can be pushy, Tony stands out. I had a Hyundai and was in a pretty big car accident. All the people I interacted with at the shop, the owner, front desk, technicians, they all were courteous, open to communication, truthful and efficient. No misunderstandings, good communication and honest work. Smooth handling of paperwork, too, zero hassle. Calling the shop during their working hours always got someone answering the phone, from the first call. The repair was done faster than initially estimated, and done well: perfect color matching and no functional issue - I am writing this review three weeks after the repair, any possible issues had enough time to manifest. They also detailed the car, surprisingly well done. Well-deserved five stars rating. By the way, they never asked me for, not even mentioned about leaving them a review.”
