He assured me that my vehicle would be no problem to get up and running. Within a short period of time: my battery technician arrived and replaced my battery with ease. Not only did he install a new battery:he helped me with my key fob for my other vehicle. Also: I was given updates for time off arrival, so I knew when to expect him. I needed to recharge my AC in my beloved 2011 E90. Olivia throughly researched the issue for my vehicle specifically while, informing me of the problem and required solution. She assisted providing critical yet understandable information; not only remedying the issue but, sharing her knowledge for my potential future benefit. I don’t just remedy my issue, I gained a deep understanding of the AC system, through Olivia’s incredible customer service.
Ultimately, instead of the $1k BMW quoted for my AC recharge, she assisted with finding the right AC recharge at a fraction of the cost and with the utmost care and patience!!

“After calling around to several places looking for a replacement hybrid battery for my daughter’s Gen 2 prius I found Greentec. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. I called and all my questions were answered. Within minutes we had an appointment ( next day!) at their shop in Foxboro. The car was fixed within hours and for less than I expected ( under $1100 installed) with a 1 year warranty. The car drives “like new” despite the 215k miles. Highly recommended.”
