At this point, I'd rather work with them and get what my wife wants rather than try to find a pre-made piece. Prices are reasonable - you do not pay the premium you would at, say, Tiffany's.”

I went in with an open mind and also tried on other styles, but quickly realized that the dress I intended on purchasing online secondhand was the one. Even though the outcome did not result in a dress purchase, the woman helping us, Kim, was fantastic to work with. She made me feel so comfortable and was immediately understanding of my situation and desire to buy the dress secondhand instead. She was also so easy to talk to, which makes the whole process easier. This bridal shop was judgement free with no rush. I truly feel that they have their brides in their best interest regardless of the outcome. Even though a purchase wasn't made today, we will be back for mother of the bride/groom dresses in the future! Would love to give them our business!”

In my wedding dress shopping journey I went to 6 different places, and I can easily say that my experience at Glo with Andi (the owner) was the absolute best. Her energy was exactly what you want: relaxed and supportive. She wasn't pushy or too intense. She understood where I'm coming from as a bride-to-be, and was just happy to help me on the journey to finding The Dress. I sent her a Pintrest board of dresses I liked and she immediately understood the assignment. The very first dress I tried on was a stunner and almost the one I bought. Ultimately, I found The Dress from a designer that Glo didn't carry, but if you're a bride-to-be DEFINITELY COME HERE. I knew I wanted something simple in fabric but unique in silhouette, and that I wanted to incorporate something from my mom’s wedding dress into mine. After realizing I wasn’t going to find “the one” off the rack without compromise or modifying more of it than I’d like, I started searching online for someone who could make my vision a reality. I was both excited and nervous about the idea of custom bridal, but after the initial consultation with Bre the excitement immediately took over, and after I received the sketches and design package I was sure this was the right move. Bre was so great to work with, is extremely talented, and was so patient with my last-minute modifications. Her studio is also a dream. If you’re even slightly considering custom bridal I say go for it - and make sure it’s with Bre. “Bonnie absolutely saved the day when it came to my wedding dress! The dress shop ordered a size that was completely inappropriate (see images), and most tailors wouldn’t touch it. Bonnie came up with a plan that only a true dressmaker could accomplish and she executed flawlessly. It fit like a GLOVE, and the bustle she made worked perfectly as well. “I just want to say how absolutely awesome my experience has been with Brahim's! I first came to Brahim's to get my engagement ring sized. The sizing process was very easy and came out perfect. It only took a couple of weeks. They offer free jewelry cleaning, which I have used to periodically get my engagement ring professionally cleaned. Most recently, I ordered my wedding band through Brahim's, which took just a little over a week to come in and is gorgeous. The customer service and experience of going to Brahim's has been wonderful, and I can't wait to go back again in the future!”

“I went to Allegria after a terrible experience with another salon. I wish I had started with Allegria as this was the experience I thought that I would have dress shopping. Everyone was wonderful and attentive and the salon was intimate and beautiful. Marina understood that I was stressed and made it her mission for me to not only find my perfect dress, but to enjoy the experience. I ended up finding a dress that I loved and was a totally different vision than I had gone in with. I was three months to my wedding at this point and they were able to rush order it with plenty of time for alterations. Even with the rush order, it was still within my budget. I worked with Maria downstairs for alterations who took care to ensure that the dress fit perfectly. They checked in throughout the process to ask about accessory appointments and dress preservation in a way that has been helpful and not pushy. I loved my dress and felt so beautiful and comfortable in it all day - big thanks to Marina, Barb and Maria!”

“The online order of an wedding dress arrived and I could not stop crying thinking - Is this what I'm going to wear on my wedding day? This awful cheap looking misfitting piece of fabric? 2 weeks to go for the weeding and I don't have a dress .. Husband immediately jumped into action, did a quick research and drove me to Gianna's .. Within 10 mins of setting foot inside the shop, I had my dream wedding dress and veil and at an extremely reasonable price, too .. The dress was delivered fresh at the shop just the night before and never tried on yet .. I just had to tell Judy exactly what I wanted and within 2 mins, she pulled out this stunning bridal gown for me .. I felt like a princess in the dress .. She arranged for a fast modification with a seamstress and I was all set within a week and half ..Thank you Gianna's for making my most special day the most perfect one!”

“My daughter has been to several other stores looking for a prom dress and is very picky. We drove 4 hours to this store based on the reviews that stated there was a wide selection. We had a bad experience where the lady assisting us was very rude in a previous store so I was apprehensive to come here (also based on the reviews). We were able to walk right in and were told to select 5 dresses and place them at the end of a row with a numbered tag. Within 30 minutes we were assigned a dressing room and an advisor named Janie. I cannot say enough about how patient, helpful and determined she was to help my daughter find the perfect dress. She encouraged my daughter to try different styles and colors without being pushy. When we found her dress, Janie seemed as happy as we were and hugged my daughter. We left with a completely different dress than my daughter thought she wanted, but a dress that complements her figure and features perfectly. I'm not sure how girls find their perfect dress without someone like Janie. Unlike other shops, it was not a crowded or rushed experience. I'm sure it can get busier on weekends, but this was our experience on a Friday during presidents week. We were also able to pick out jewelry from a large variety of choices. Janie also found the perfect heel height and colored shoes to match her dress and jewelry. They had many clutches also, but my daughter did not feel she needed one. We left the store with everything she needs to wear to prom for way less money than I expected to spend. I highly recommend this store, even if you need to travel.”

She met with me multiple times over the course of several months to ensure my dress (which was a very fitted style) fit like a glove. She laid out timing and cost and all other expectations at our first meeting and she was flexible and accommodating with booking. She is such a kind and warm person, you feel at home in her shop.
