“They did a great job repairing my car after I was rear-ended at stop sign last month. They had a rental car option so I was never left without a vehicle while my car was serviced. I got regular text updates and my car was finished right on schedule. It looks as good as when I drove it off the lot 9 years ago! They also detailed my car which was really appreciated. “Normally do not write reviews but George & Ken’s is the PLACE to go if you have damage to your Tesla/car. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. Went there today with some paint damage on my new Model 3. They were able to complete a repair onsite and only had to wait 15/20 mins for the paint to dry. Will absolutely be going back for any future repairs. Huge thank you to the staff and highly recommend!”

I called on a Wednesday and they sent out the technician to my house the next day on Thursday to help prepare the estimate. The technician took the windows to the shop the same day, repaired the windows and reinstalled them the next day.
It was great customer service and I commend Boston Glass on how they handle their business.”

“J was an incredible person to work with. He was incredibly helpful with the initial quoting process and teaching me what my options were for repairs. Immediately got the correct windshield unique to my model and came to my house for installation.
Surprisingly had an issue with my car from previous work with other vendors but he found the issue and made the proper repair for me so my windshields would set perfectly and permanently. The same request would have been upcharged triple by other competitors but only done as good or less. Thank you again for the great service and patience!”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”

“The local guys at the Arlington shop couldn't have been better. When I dropped my car off, they were clear about how much time they needed. They also gave me a card with their LOCAL number in case I needed to check on anything. The guy warned me that Safelite does not publish local numbers so I should not lose it. This came in very helpful later when I had something come up and needed to delay my pick up. One other thing. Safelite administers windshield replacement for my insurance company. My vehicle has an upgraded Gorilla Glass windshield. I had read on forums hassles people had had getting their GG windshield replaced with a like piece of glass. It was no trouble for me. They installed a new OEM GG windshield for me without me having to push at all. All around, a smooth and hassle free experience.”

They even were so nice as to clean up the rest of the shattered glass inside the vehicle. He also charged a very fair price. I hope we don’t need glass again but if we do we will be back.”
