“I ordered two 12V, 9AH sealed lead-acid batteries online yesterday and they were at the counter with all of the paperwork when I got to the Rte.1South store in Saugus. The counter guys were really helpful, and they know their jobs well. I'm very satisfied with the whole transaction!”
“You read about fix-it franchises and reserve skepticism about if they're any good. But when my wife's Pixel 7 took a funny bounce and broke the screen digitizer, the Burlington, MA one was able to get it fixed in an hour. To me, the out-of-pocket price was fair (given I didn't have device insurance and the component part comes as an expensive assembly) and certainly saved me the cost and hassle of getting a new device. And they were really nice about it. The work seems to be holding up a day later. Would bring another device in need of future repair-- at least, to the Burlington, MA store.”
