“I ordered the Valentine’s Rose Bouquet & the Heartfelt Delights Box and a foil balloon. The Heartfelt Delights Box was super cute and tasted great. The strawberries were REALLY good and I actually liked the cheesecake more than the brownie, the brownie was just okay. Overall, it was a nice treat and packaged well.
The bouquet was pretty but for almost $80, I was expecting a little more. The roses were fine, just nothing especially standout about them. I think the presentation could definitely be improved for the price point. It looked different from the photos on the website, which was a little disappointing
The balloon was cute too but it felt a little flimsy and not as sturdy as I expected.
That said, the staff was clearly working really hard. You could tell they were slammed with valentine’s day orders and I appreciate the effort they were putting in.
Overall, it was a good experience. My only suggestions would be better bouquet presentation and a sturdier balloon!!”
