Got an arrangement delivered for Christmas Eve. The fruit was mooshy, limp and it certainly wasn't packed. The fruit was no good by the 26th. Very disappointed as I have had many arrangements from Edible Arrangements but not the Medford, MA location.

The white chocolate covered pineapples are the best. I always recommend picking up your order rather than scheduling delivery. It is more convenient financially and faster.

It always looks like there is no one in the store, and when you walk in, it takes a minute for someone to come to the front. Staff are friendly enough.
