“Giuliano rented tailored suits for my groomsmen and I for my wedding. Even though some of my groomsmen live overseas, he was able to conduct virtual tailoring/measurement sessions with them using specialized software to make sure the suits were fitted appropriately, and then had everyone come into the shop a few days before the wedding to check the fit and make adjustments. Giuliano is a pleasure to work with, and the suits he offers are of superbly high quality - I was extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Clothing from Italy!”

From the beginning, Kyle and Brian were incredibly helpful, patient, and detail-oriented. On the day of our suit fitting, Ryan and Mike also stepped in to assist, ensuring everything went smoothly.
The suits were flawless—stylish, comfortable, and perfectly tailored. The quality speaks for itself, and the customer service was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.

“I went with my son to Ostuni in Burlington for the first time last month. I wanted to try a new place, and I was certainly not disappointed. The owner promptly greeted us, and picked out some options for my that fit him perfectly without even measuring my son. The owners experience is priceless. When telling family members about my experience and cost savings I received on the suit, ties, shirt and alterations, they were in shock, especially when they saw my son wearing the attire at a family wedding yesterday. I will not shop for my husband or son anywhere else after this experience. I picked up my son's suit last week, and upon leaving, I asked Mr. Ostuni to please not retire anytime soon!!!! It is worth a trip to Burlington if you are looking for a more personalized and very professional experience.”

“I needed to purchase a tuxedo for a wedding on short notice. I originally went to Suit Supply but felt like they rushed through the fitting process, did not have style/measurement/tailoring knowledge, and instead kept throwing different sizes at you until something fit.
After scheduling an appointment at Classic Tuxedo, Jamile put all my concerns at ease. She started by taking full measurements, answered all my questions, had a fun personality that made the experience pleasant and was able to work with my schedule to rush the order.
I think the key difference was that at Suit Supply, they kept asking whether this looked right whereas at Classic Tuxedo, they know what looks right. I just attended the wedding this past weekend and everything fit and looked great.
Overall pricing was a little more, but I will gladly pay more for expertise, quality, and experience.”

“I had a unique situation today and Raymond tailor saved the day! I snagged my pants on a whiteboard tray in a conference room and had a rip in the back of my pants. 2 minute walk to Raymond’s explained my issue and within 10 minutes my pants were repaired and pressed.

“This store sells products and souvenirs with the theme of MIT, which is a research center of the highest level in the world, considered a leader in technology. They sell keychains, caps, t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, gloves, USB drives, among a variety of products. the prices...just like the rest of the state of Massachusetts, they are high prices. The clothes are made in other countries such as the Republica del Salvador, China y otros, however they are of very good quality.”

“I had an amazing experience at Jos. A. Bank on State Street in Boston. I needed a quick turnaround on tailoring before a job interview, and while they initially said they couldn’t fit me in, after speaking with them on a personal level, they decided to show compassion and help me out.

“While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.

“Service: Really good and fast for Amazon returns, the staff here are also pretty friendly (i.e. I needed gloves, make-up bags, and they knew exactly where to point me to). Value: There are A LOT of sales at this place, some are very generous too (especially during Black Friday, but even throughout the year), and the products are definitely worth their value (their gloves are SO warm, and got them like 40%!). The main detractor is I wish their bathrooms were much just cleaner lol...”
