“Better selection of clothes than say, tools or utilities. And by clothes I of course mean military outfits, helmets, vests, masks, bandanas. Those who wear this stuff recreationally will enjoy the options. Big selection of badges and pins too. Great store for an active duty or vet or wants to display their service. Armored vehicle in parking lot is not for sale, sadly.”

“9Tailors is pretty awesome. I am really happy with the service. Let me explain: This place is a bit pricey but the service is amazing and it's nice to have someone to act as a style guide even when you know what you what you want. I have been wanting to come in for a few years now and finally got an appointment with Alex Oates. This time around, I wanted to get a party suit for celebrations such as wedding and was looking into getting a burgundy suit. What was amazing is that there are so much details to choose such as buttons, lining, the inside of the jacket, fabric, and etc. The little details was all things that matter but I haven't thought about. You do come in here for a tailor suit and I really appreciate having somebody like Alex to be a style guide on top of that. This place is comparable to the Suit Supplies but you get somebody to work with you the whole time (that includes answering your emails and any questions about how to dress for success or dress for the life of a party). I plan to come back again every time I might need a suit.”

“More than 5 stars!! I HIGHLY recommend State & Liberty for a suit for any formal occasion! The experience myself, my fiance, and our wedding party had with the team at S&L absolutely exceeded our expectations. We both work in the wedding industry, so the bar was set VERY high for what we wanted to see in our own wedding day attire! Not only is the material incredibly durable, soft, flexible, vibrant, and breathable, but the suits are also very stylish while still maintaining a classic wedding look. We went with the Heathered Navy for our wedding day and are thrilled with how they look and feel! Part of why they look so amazing is because the team at S&L goes above and beyond to spend time with each person in the wedding party and take precise measurements to ensure everyone has a PERFECT fit! We could not rave enough about how great our S&L team was! Jack was the very first person to greet us at S&L when we went to "just have a look" and we knew from the second we met him that we would be in the best, most-trusted hands for our wedding attire if we went with S&L! We then spoke with the manager Katie, who guided us through the whole process of how to book fittings for my fiance and for our groomsmen and she was so thorough, helpful, and detail-oriented. We requested for our group fitting that we be working with Jack specifically! When we went for my fiance's first fitting we worked with Katie and Dan, who went above and beyond to make sure that his wedding day suit is exactly what we both envisioned! They took every measurement imaginable, photo documentation, and notes, all while having fun with us. For our group fitting we worked with Jack and Dan and SERIOUSLY cannot recommend them enough! They were so detailed, efficient, and SO MUCH FUN! They truly are the ones that made our entire experience at S&L! As I mentioned, we both come from the wedding industry and have been professionals in the industry for 10 years, so don't take these words lightly, I am serious, THIS IS YOUR WEDDING SUIT SHOP! “I've been to Orchard a few times now, and I've loved it every time. My boyfriend is more into skateboarding than me, but they've always treated me with kindness regardless. The shop is clean, has a great selection, and everyone who works there knows their stuff. I actually just ordered a pair of Converse CONS Fastbreak Pros and they shipped almost immediately and got to me in record time! They arrived in pretty much perfect condition, not even a dent in the box. Definitely will buy from here again next time I need a pair of kicks!”

Recently, I lost a brother, and at his "Celebration of Life", another brother (also a customer) and I greeted people as they came in. We saw people we haven't seen in decades, but all were very impressed with the way we looked. The staff was actually kind and I didn't feel like I didn't belong there, the atmosphere was calming, sleek and fun/exciting. Their product is hot and top of the line and they really care about the customer and others. For those in need they even give big discounts or even free suits. “I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...”

They sell keychains, caps, t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, gloves, USB drives, among a variety of products. the prices...just like the rest of the state of Massachusetts, they are high prices. The clothes are made in other countries such as the Republica del Salvador, China y otros, however they are of very good quality.”
“Service: Really good and fast for Amazon returns, the staff here are also pretty friendly (i.e. I needed gloves, make-up bags, and they knew exactly where to point me to). Value: There are A LOT of sales at this place, some are very generous too (especially during Black Friday, but even throughout the year), and the products are definitely worth their value (their gloves are SO warm, and got them like 40%!). The main detractor is I wish their bathrooms were much just cleaner lol...”
