I had an issue with my phone and went into the store on Christmas eve right before closing. Taha helped me to get my phone working and he was very helpful, pleasant, and patient. He is a gem. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I switched my cell provider to Metro from Xfinity received my SIM card and had problems activating my phone because my phone was locked with my other provider Xfinity when I was told that it was not 3 hours on the phone and they couldn't even help me I ended up figuring it out at the end
