I went there to get the cheapest phone and the attendant said the cheapest was $100. Then I just figured out that the cheapest phone in the store is $49 so the employee did that to make a sell. Very disappointed with her attitude.

The manager was horrible.Extremely rude ,a middle age Asian man.He told there is nothing we can do for you.In a very rude dementor.I was shocked.Speechless.No costumer service what so ever.No skills...I went there to retrieve my Puk code.I called the help line they told me any store can help you recover it.It was waste of my time and energy, Lamentable!!!!On the other hand girl who works on Sundays was extremely helpful and professional.Unfortunately she was not able to help but she tried.She went above and beyond!!!She has a promising future ahead of her.Excellent costumer service young lady!My experience with the manager was beyond horrible. Very poor service from his end!!

Needed a nano SIM for a new phone. Service was good and fast. The device change fee was $27, though, kinda high. I expected around $10 for the SIM.

very rude customer service! Called to get information on getting a sim card for a month and was told to go online she couldn't help me or come to the store because she had customers and she needed to see about them. Very rude customer service.
