His customer service is top tier and one of the best bud tenders I've ever came across. I wish you the company would hire more people like Eric! I can't stress enough how much I appreciate his professional and high knowledge of the products.”

“EDIT: They have fired the guy a looonnggg time ago and now the staff are really wonderful and eager!Used to be an incredible place. They have everything you'd ever need (and still do). Great workers. Until recently. They have hired the RUDEST mf'er alive. Throws stuff around, slams doors, straight up ignores people if he feels like it. I'm only gonna come here when he's not there. Or travel north. Unacceptable. If it weren't for him, I'd give the place 6 stars if I could.”

“The staff here are wonderful, they're all so helpful and kind, they connect with the customer base on a different level, the workers are always there if i need help finding anything. “Best prices between Malden & Everett, the gentleman who works there mostly is very friendly, and you don’t feel like you’re being pressed to buy something you don’t want. A lot of Dispensaries around Massachusetts make you feel unwelcome, however I’d rather go to Kloud King Smoke Shop for my dollar!”
